Psychological Safety

Effective September 1, 2025, employers are required to comply with recent amendments to the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Employers must have a Harassment Prevention Policy and the legal definition of "Safety" will include psych safety. We can help ensure your organization is ready for these legislative changes.

Policy Review & Drafting

It doesn't matter whether your organization is small or large, formal or informal, for- or non-profit - you still have to follow the law. Whether your policy manual is 6 pages or 160 pages, we can help ensure you're compliant and up-to-date. We can also help you shape organizational culture and reduce conflicts by naming norms and expectations in policy.
